YOGA FIT - Combine all the benefits of yoga such as breathing, flexibility, stability and control and strength of weight and resistance training.

TRX + KETTLEBELLS - Two great total body functional workouts that use strength, power, stamina, mobility and core stability to improve your body.

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) & STRENGTH - Creates a great combo of fast paced workouts and technical lifting progress.
