Salam Diri holds in BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. He has been involved in the fitness industry for more than a decade.
He brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all his clients and classes. Other certifications include trigger point, CPR and if I forgot to mention Salam loves to skydive on his spare time. He is also certified with the United States Parachute Association (USPA).

Anderson Santos (aka Curuma) as he's known among friends and family, is a second degree black belt from the Jacare Maminal Academy in Salvador, Bahia - Brazil. He also holds a BA in Sports Science.
Curuma has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since he was 18 years old. And among many renowned BJJ titles, he is also specialized in sport and strength training.

Alex also goes by the nickname Boca, a nickname he acquired 25 years ago when he began practicing Capoeira.
A proud Brazilian who has been involved in martial arts for more than 2 decades. Alex is a member of Ginga Mundo, a capoeira association with affiliates worldwinde in more than 16 countries.
Alex is also a CrossFit Level 1 trainer who loves to train, inspire and be inspired by others including his own students.

Ahmed is Alex's capoeira student and training assistant. He holds a level of "Monitor" within the Ginga Mundo graduation system.
Ahmed has been training capoeira for the past 8 years and is a lover of all fitness. You'll most likely see him at the gym trying something new, crazy or maybe both.
